This research aims to (1) evaluate the application of the teaching factory (Tefa) in the field of machining expertise in Vocational High Schools (VHSs) and (2) identify the obstacles to the implementation of Tefa. The research uses the CIPP (Content, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation method. This research was carried out in four vocational schools on the competence of machining expertise with the criteria of having implemented Tefa for more than five years and as a pioneer in implementing Tefa. This paper discusses the evaluation of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in student industrial internships. Due to the possibility of the risk of work accidents on industrial internship students are prone to occur. Currently, there are still few who discuss the evaluation of OHS implementation as the basis for carrying out sustainable action efforts. Based on the evaluation carried out, the OHS Implementation in Electronics Engineering Education's Student Industrial Internship has been feasible and follows applicable laws and regulations. This study aimed to discover the teachers' performance of the PKK Accounting Expertise Program at State SMK 1 Samigaluh based on primary duties. This study was an evaluation using the discrepancy evaluation model. The study subjects were PKK teachers of State SMK 1 Samigaluh. Information sources for the study were the headmaster, six colleagues, and 52 students. The instruments used were questionnaires, assessment sheets, and documentation sheets. The headmaster presented an excellent assessment of the PKK subject teachers of 92.81. In contrast to the headmaster, colleagues and students presented good assessments of the PKK subject teachers.
