The need for CAD/CAM/CNC curriculum for Washington State was researched. Based on research a resource workbook for CAD/CAM/CNC was in demand. In order to meet the demand for CAD/CAM/CNC curriculum and bridge the gap between the state standards, drafting frameworks, STEM curriculum, increased focus on implementation within multiple disciplines, providing a starting point for teachers who want to use CNC machinery in their program, and prepare students for quality jobs and careers related to CAD/CAM/CNC, a workbook was created. The purpose of this project was to develop an instructional manual on in-service education for Certified Nurses' Aides. It provides examples of classes for staff developers to use when teaching continuing education classes. Topics covered include caring for the elderly, Alzheimer's disease, infection control, adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and end of life care.

This project served to develop a teacher manual for teachers of adults at the Bellingham Vocational Technical Institute in Bellingham, Washington. The project was designed to assist in staff development by (1) informing vocational instructors of state and school policies and procedures, (2) identifying new and updated teaching guidelines, and (3) by assisting in orienting new staff to school and vocational education procedures.
