This study aims to determine the world's perception of Diploma 3 graduates regarding work skills. The research used a questionnaire survey method on Diploma 3 graduates who had worked for 2-5 years. Measurement of work aspects includes individual qualities, basic skills, interpersonal skills, thinking skills, resource management, systems and technology, and information skills. The instrument's validity in each aspect ranges from 0.416 to 0.683, with a reliability of 0.882. The research technique used simple random sampling with 109 respondents in this study. This study aims to: 1.) Describe the mastery level of employability; and 2.) Find out the order of mastery of the employability skills of vocational high school (VHS) students. This study was a survey research with quantitative approach. The research was conducted at a vocational high school in Madiun Regency with A accreditation. Employability skills are the skills that a person must have to get a job, stay in work, and be able to achieve success in their career. This study aims to develop a model of specific employability skills framework for machine operators. This study aims to determine the industrial assessment of technical and employability skills of students. The research was conducted by using survey method in several industries as the place of the Job Training (PKL) of the students. The research technique used purposive random sampling with respondents in this research consist of 23 industry in Jakarta area. The results of the research are (1) the industrial assessment of the technical skills of the students obtained a score of 73.10 with high interpretation; (2) The industry average rating of employability of students skills is 83.10 with very high interpretation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan relevansi bidang kerja lulusan dengan latar belakang pendidikan mereka; dan (2) memetakan relevansi kompetensi D3 Teknik Sipil di dunia kerja dengan kompetensi D3 Teknik Sipil di FT UNM. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh lulusan D3 teknik sipil 5 tahun terakhir dan industri tempat mereka bekerja. Sistem pembelajaran di politeknik perlu menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan terkini dalam menyiapkan lulusan untuk memiliki pekerjaan dengan keahlian terapan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa tentang sistem pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh dosen/instruktur di politeknik; dan (2) Memperoleh model pengukuran konstruk sistem pembelajaran pendidikan tinggi vokasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimen, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat penumpul data. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir Politeknik Negeri Bali tahun akademik 2009/2010. Ukuran sampel penelitian sebanyak 244.
