Sadly, in the Greenfield community, there are exceedingly high rates of individuals who lack post-secondary education. The Census (2010), states that only 4.8% of persons age 25 years and older in Greenfield, CA obtain a bachelor’s degree. The purpose of this study was to gauge the effectiveness of the Arkansas Department of Career and Technical Education (ACTE) College and Career Coaches, also referred to as, College and Career Facilitators.
