A crucial element of the college experience is an exposure to new and different ways of thinking, which can lead students to question and redefine their identity. This video pamphlet provides new college students with a guide to exploring their values and identities during their time in higher education. This project focuses on religious identity, sexual orientation, and racial identity. There is a discussion of how Baxter Magolda's theory of Self-Authorship (Baxter Magolda & King, 2004), Chickering's Vectors of Identity Development (Chickering & Reisser, 1993), and Cass's Identity Model (Cass, 1979) apply to students' exploration of the aforementioned identities. The purpose of this project is to aid students and college professionals in the recognizing of potential stalking victims, and inform individuals about potential stalking behaviors. Another goal of this project is to help individuals in protecting themselves from and reporting such behavior, and inform those who may be or know an individual who is experiencing being stalked.
