The present study explored the predictive abilities of hope, acculturation to American culture, acculturation to the home culture, and English language proficiency to career decision self-efficacy for East Asian international students in the United States who are originally from China, South Korea, and Japan. A total of 167 international students from China, South Korea, or Japan participated in this study.
