The focus of this research was to investigate the perceptions of efficacy and time invested in literacy coaching activities of Florida Virtual School literacy coaches. The study followed an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design which included quantitative and qualitative data. The responses of eight Florida Virtual School literacy coaches to an online survey were used to investigate how virtual literacy coaches invest their time and the perceived area of expertise. The researcher delved into five quantitative research questions.
