This is a pilot project being conducted at St Cloud State University with the purpose of helping to alleviate financial insecurity as well as food insecurity for St Cloud State University students so that they can succeed to their highest abilities. We are an on campus project being run to help students who are in need of financial assistance. The Greater St. Cloud Area Multicultural Parent-Child Group (El Poder de los Padres) provides intensive intervention to parents and children in the greater St. Cloud area through weekly 2-hour sessions during the academic year. Sessions include songs, activities, and crafts that facilitate the development of language and literacy skills in preschool-aged children. Abstract:

The submission’s goal is to articulate how students in the 1950s shaped their identity in relationship to gender and gendered work in a clear and concise manner. The submission must not only look at the content provided in the sculpting of this identity, but also it must examine exactly how the sculpting of the identity took place, namely, communications in the student newspaper. One cannot prioritize the arguments for or against female industrialized labor and leave out the dimensions of male and female athletics. Likewise, it cannot …
