O trabalho analisa o tipo de formação almejada para formar a juventude da elite brasileira no período imperial, o tipo de educação ofertada pelo Colégio de Pedro II, e as estratégias adotadas pelo governo para influenciar o ensino da juventude brasileira nas províncias.

The emergence of the Janjaweed as an armed force working with the government to suppress rebellions in Darfur region outraged the international community. They were marked by brutality, destruction, burning, killings and mass rapes. They were also described as Arabs.
