This study aimed to measure the availability of distance educationtechniques skills among students of A'Sharqiyah University,in Omanand also aimed to reveal the differences between the average scores of some of these technical skills according to the study variables (gender,college,and year). The sample consisted of 256 students from the university, whichregistered in the summer semester of the academic year 2019/2020. Background: The aim of this study was to determine changes in both aerobic and anaerobic physical capacity as well as in sport-specific skills in footballers as a result of the applied training load within a one-year training period.
