Sexual health and sexual well-being are vital components of overall physical and mental well-being yet remain largely understudied, approached mainly from disease prevention and intervention perspectives, and generally excluded from most health service psychology training programs. People of color; women; lesbian, gay, and bisexual people; trans and gender diverse; disabled; and poor people are disproportionately adversely impacted by a lack of access to suitable sexual health services and reproductive healthcare. This study assessed interactive technology competencies required by business education graduates in universities, south-south, Nigeria as perceived by lecturers. One research question and three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. Descriptive Survey design was chosen for the study. The population comprises 146 lecturers in Universities, South-South Nigeria. There was no sampling since the population was manageable. A 32-item questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. The instrument was validated by six experts and Cronbach alpha was used to determine its internal consistency which yielded a reliability coefficient of 0.86. A Phenomenological Study Of Millennial Generation Cooperative Extension Educators' Development Of Core Competencies, David L. Varner

The purpose of this qualitative research study was to describe the experiences that contribute to the development of core competencies among Millennial Generation, county-based Extension educators in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension Division. Fourteen educators were randomly purposefully selected to participate in the study. Participants were born in 1977 or later as determined by Tapscott (2009). Educators’ tenure in Cooperative Extension ranged from two months to seven years. Three themes and associated sub-themes emerged from semi-structured interviews: (a) Blindfolded and Scared—educators were confused, overwhelmed and in need of support; (b) Developing the Big Skills: A Daunting Task—focused on discovering competencies …
