In this stage of modern technology, online libraries have made it possible for post-graduate students to source information for their academic research across the globe from the comfort of their homes. Hence, this study developed a structural model that explains the determinants of Economics students’ behavioural intention and utilization of online libraries using social influence, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, and attitude. The study adopted a correlational design. The study randomly selected 150 post-graduate students from five universities in South-East Nigeria.
