Changes in course delivery mechanisms necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic created an opportunity to develop a Virtual International Collaborative Experiential Program (VICEP) as an alternative to traditional, travel-based study abroad programs. This paper presents the results of an investigation of engineering students’ motivation, perceived challenges, and preferred geographic areas for the VICEP. A sample of 116 first-year engineering students at the University of Cincinnati responded to survey items regarding their perceptions of motivation to participate in the VICEP, including in terms of expectancy, value, and cost, along with open-ended questions. This research study investigated the relationship between technostress creators (techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, techno-invasion, techno-overload, and techno-uncertainty) and faculty perceptions of student cheating in online classes. Data were collected from faculty members of the Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS), a member of the AACSB Business Education Alliance, the American Society of Business and Behavioral Sciences (ASBBS), an interdisciplinary professional organization comprised of faculty teaching in accounting, finance, management, marketing, organizational behavior, and computer information systems, and other research panels during 2021 (N = 94). This study aims to identify the relationship between social media use and civic engagement among digital natives in Indonesia using the Grounded Theory method. The study involved 15 digital natives aged 18-24 who actively use social media, selected through a purposive sampling technique. The analysis in this study used NVivo version 12 Plus for MacBook. This research investigates the capacity of incorporating indigenous knowledge into the traditional craft of Batik Pekalongan to promote character education and facilitate learning. Batik Pekalongan, an Indonesian textile, is a cultural legacy extending beyond its conventional fabric use. UNESCO has officially designated it as an intangible cultural treasure. The systematic review provides research trends about the importance of digital competence among students in Indonesia. However, there are limited literature reviews regarding digital competencies for students. This research used the PRISMA protocol using Scopus, ERIC, and Google Scholar databases. Researchers set inclusion and exclusion criteria in the literature search. One hundred twenty-two articles were produced, which were then filtered to 20. This research used content analysis to code, classify, and develop themes. Based on the analysis results, three major themes were obtained: student digital competence, digital native students, and digital learning engagement. There are weaknesses both from the perspective and effectiveness of Citizenship Education (CE) which are too oriented towards domestic problems in the context of facing global challenges and problems. Today it is necessary to change the orientation of the Civics curriculum which is globally oriented. In other words, it is necessary to engineer the Civics curriculum development. This paper attempts to present theoretical frameworks for engineering the development of a democratic and globally oriented Civics curriculum.
