This study examined the impact of work-to-family conflict (WFC) and family-to-work conflict (FWC) on two forms of organizational commitment, namely affective commitment and continuance commitment on full-time academic staff of two universities in Northern Cyprus. Two main theories have been tested in the current study; one for Organizational commitment and one for Work-Family Conflict Concept. This study aims to determine the current status and development level of publications on cultural heritage tourism in international literature. Studies in the international literature done about cultural heritage tourism between 1999-2021, were examined within certain parameters. The Web of Science database was searched to access scientific studies on the concept. As a result of the search, a total of 210 scientific publications on "Cultural Heritage Tourism" were found and subjected to bibliometric analysis. A methodological online approach for learners of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in a higher education context is presented in this paper. The pedagogical experience is described and examined following a mixed-methods approach based on bibliometric analysis, content analysis, and categorization. The participants were a group of undergraduate students (n=17) at CETT Barcelona School of Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy, from the University of Barcelona (Spain), who had to switch to virtual learning due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown.
