Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran sinyal-sinyal wasit sesuai dengan Fiba rules 2014 untuk Guru Penjasorkes SMA. Metode penelitian ini meliputi : (1)potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) ujicoba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) ujicoba pemakaian, (9) revisi produk,(10) produksi masal. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 33 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket lembar penilaian produk dengan disertai lembar saran dan masukan untuk revisi produk. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan persentase.
