An Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Instructional Television As Applied To Learning Beginning Golf Skills, Everett Lowayne Brewer Aug 1969

An Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Instructional Television As Applied To Learning Beginning Golf Skills, Everett Lowayne Brewer

All Master's Theses

This study compares the golf skills of a class viewing its own videotape replays to those of a class who was videotaped but did not view the replays. All other relevant variables were equalized between the two groups. In addition, a test was made of the attitudes of the experimental group toward videotape as a learning aid, and finally, an attempt was made to reduce the number of trials necessary in the post-test, in order to make the test more functional.

A Study Measuring The Effectiveness Of Visual Recall Provided By A Videotape Recorder In Teaching Golf Performance Skills, Rodney G. Morrow

All Master's Theses

This is a study to determine if beginning golf students who view a videotape replay of themselves practicing a full swinging golf shot with an instructor's critique will improve their golf performance skills significantly more than students whose full swinging golf shot is videotaped but who are not exposed to a videotape replay of their performance; however, they were provided an instructor's critique.
