This study proposes to see what percent of the principals surveyed, by means of a questionnaire, agree or disagree that they fulfilled the stated roles for developing curriculum for use in a "cooperative" team teaching approach to instruction in their schools. This study also proposes to test the following null hypothesis: There is no significant difference between the responses made on each role by principals in an urban or suburban school setting.

The purposes of this study were to (1) determine the need of school district reorganization for the school districts of Dayton, Waitsburg, and Prescott, Washington; (2) determine the current existing situations of the school districts regarding size and educational offerings; (3) appraise the educational benefits to be gained by reorganization; (4) examine the limitations of reorganization; and (5) propose a plan to implement reorganization.

This survey was undertaken (1) to determine whether there are problems in communication and compatibility involving secondary school faculties, and (2) if problems exist: (a) to determine whether communication and compatibility is lacking between communities and secondary school faculties; (b) to identify, if possible, the various academic areas involved in the problem; (c) to determine whether the problem is more predominant at any one time of the year; (d) to determine what age groups, if any, are involved in communication and compatibility problems; and (e) to report desirable administrative procedures.

The major hypothesis of this study was that the overall instructional materials program of the Yakima Public Schools had many weaknesses that could be identified by comparing the program with accepted evaluative criteria.
