Consultation With Preschool Teachers: Supporting Treatment Integrity To Improve Effectiveness, Carissa Marsh

The primary purpose of this study was to determine whether preschool teachers with the help of a consultant would conduct a functional behavior assessment and implement a positive behavior support plan (PBSP) with integrity. Further, the current study investigated: would the PBSP improve student behavior, would performance feedback improve teacher treatment integrity, and would greater treatment integrity be associated with improved child outcomes? Participants included two consultants, two preschool teachers, two target students, and one control student.
