This paper summarizes a design project entitled "Social Scriptures" completed for the AudioVisual Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The Church). The purpose of the design project was to prototype a web-based computer application that could be used by Church members to study the scriptures in an online social context.
