As we know, Education management today is associated with the concept of "pedagogical management." It is shown that the loss of spirituality, in fact, the loss of humanity, spirituality has always been a companion of future pedagogical. At the dawn of human evolution, spirituality has become a spring actuating mechanism humanization of future pedagogical.
