The aim of the study was to identify the status quo of improving the organizational climate in higher education institutions in the State of Kuwait based on the principles of transformational leadership from the point of view of faculty members.To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach.The study sample was selected according to the available sample method and it included (97) faculty members.
