There is an abundance of literature focusing on the relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) quality and job satisfaction of subordinates. The purpose of this study was to further examine the relationship between the leader-member exchange (LMX) quality and job satisfaction of subordinates as well as introduce the analysis of this relationship for supervisors into the literature. This non-experimental, correlational study focused on the analysis of 22 pairs of supervisor and subordinate LMX and job satisfaction survey responses.
