Educators have a tendency to downplay their own awesomeness; this session will remind us of how great we are and what we can do to meet all of the Teacher Leader Model Standards. We are all leaders in some way by nature of what we do in our individual classrooms. In this session, participants will understand how they can become or already are teacher leaders in their schools and districts.
