Define what the community or Ellensburg, Washington (school board, administration, and teachers) expect the activity director to accomplish or provide for the high school students. 2. Investigate the role of the vice-principal and/or activity director, and particularly those duties that authorities feel should be the duties of anyone who is in charge of the extracurricular program. 3.
