The purpose of this study is two-fold: (1) to determine the influence of the seminary teacher on seminary enrollment statistics as compared with other major influential groups in the twenty-seven one-teacher seminaries in the State of Utah, and (2) to consider the correlation of highly rated teachers to high enrollment percentages.
