Given 117 students in grades seven, eight, and nine, four teachers, seven periods per day, and adequate facilities, prepare a program of studies that will meet the needs of the youth of Lower Crab Creek School District. This will be (1) an accredited junior high school located in Royal City, Washington, and (2) the program of studies will meet standards at least comparable to those in neighboring communities presently educating the ninth-grade students of the Lower Crab Creek School District.
