Guidance is the key to successful education. For maximum learning, growth, and development, the "spirit" of guidance must permeate the school board, the administration, and every aspect of the educational program. The subject of this research paper was selected for three reasons. First was the sense of responsibility toward children. It is the writer's firm conviction that without genuine Human Relations atmosphere some child is being deprived of his opportunity for complete development.
