CONTRIBUTORY FACTORS TO TEACHERS' SENSE OF COMMUNITY IN PUBLIC URBAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors that contribute to teachers' sense of community within public, urban, elementary schools.
