The purpose of this qualitative case study was to examine middle school teachers’ perceptions of the influence that restorative practices have on the middle school classroom environment. For the purpose of this study, seven middle school teachers were selected who have implemented restorative practices in their middle school classrooms to provide feedback. Findings suggest that overall restorative practices have a positive influence on the classroom. The findings from this study can be used with teachers, administrators, counselors, parents, and school and district support staff to help create a positive campus culture between students and adults in middle school classrooms. Districts and schools are not looking at the data on racial judgments, segregation, and neighborhood quality, along with children’s friendship choices, open-mindedness, and social emotional factors to fully understand and educate others on the benefits of multiculturalism. This case study describes the impact that English-only classrooms and two-way dual language classrooms have on racial acceptance and behavior incidents for kindergarten, first, and second graders in a school located in a Midwest suburb. Shared values and norms are at the core for unifying different cultures socializing or working to fulfill the goals and mission of organizations. Researchers have not examined how employees representing different cultures socialize via shared norms and values in human service companies. The purpose of this ethnography study was to explore the process of 8 culturally different employees working together at a human service organization. Using purposeful sampling, multicultural employees were selected from 4 departments within the human service company. El tema del presente trabajo es el comportamiento y la disciplina escolar, ya que se identificó como problema durante las prácticas pedagógicas que los estudiantes no toman en serio al practicante, su figura no representa autoridad, entendida como la primacía e influencia de quien está al frente generando los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, y ello propicia mayores niveles de indisciplina y mal comportamiento. El presente trabajo de investigación, inició durante la práctica docente en la Institución Educativa Herbert Spencer, donde las investigadoras con base en la importancia que tiene el aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera, identificaron que en el desarrollo de sus procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, la concepción de lo que son el ambiente de aprendizaje y el comportamiento de los estudiantes tiene gran relevancia en el contexto del aula de clase; por lo tanto, de allí surgió el interés por analizar la relación entre dichos componentes y con el fin de comprender mejor las dinámicas de la clase de inglés
