Reflections On Learning, Communication, And Identity In A Hybrid Course On Language Development, Anni Leming

This research explored the relationship between the face-to-face and online spaces in my university hybrid course on first and second language development in cultural contexts, as well as my students’ and my own communication, learning, and development of identity as teachers and students. This study was grounded in practitioner inquiry and ethnography of communication as a methodological tool to understand the role of language among teacher and students in the virtual co-construction of knowledge.
