This portfolio contains the author's insights into teaching a second language, which she gained while in the Master of Second Language Teaching (MSLT) program at Utah State University (USU). In the process of learning a foreign language, most people consider the teachers’ profile as one of the most determinant factors when deciding whether to enroll in a program of English as a foreign language. Frequently, EFL teachers are tagged under two groups: Native English Speakers or Non-Native English Speakers; and Trained teachers or Untrained teachers.
