The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the public schools principals at Jerash governorate for the 2021st advanced educational leadership standards. The descriptive survey method was used. A questionnaire based on the standards performance descriptions was built and used to gather the essential data for the study.
The veracity of tool was examined in two ways, where face validity of the tool was approved by the estimated agreement of arbitrators on the interior validity and the belonging of the items to their domain which reached (.87).
