The strategic plan of the University of Maine for the years 2000 - 2005 as presented by Robert A. Kennedy, then Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost. The plan is divided into three sections: 1) Background / Introduction, 2) Vision, and 3) Key Goals: Operational Plan and Outcomes.
