This study aimed at exploring the reality of communication between parents and the schools of their children in addition to investigating the parents’ attitudes towards using the Internet services to communicate with the schools at the basic elementary stage in Nablus Directorate /Palestine. Furthermore, the study aimed at examining the effect of some variables on these attitudes. To achieve these objectives, the descriptive method was employed by means of a questionnaire used to collect data.
