Predicting Student Success In The Introduction To Animal Science Course At Western Kentucky University, Margaret Zoglmann

Student predictors may be useful to universities in determining students' future success in college courses. The students enrolled in Introduction to Animal Science (ANSC 140) at Western Kentucky University participated in the study. The students completed identical subjective and objective assessments at the beginning and the end of the semester they were enrolled in the course. Students ranked their knowledge of course matter on a scale of 1 to 100 for each of the 49 course outcomes. Additionally, students completed a demographic survey at the beginning of the course.
