As the individuals identified as the Millennial Generation transition into adulthood, postsecondary instructional institutions must adjust training methods for increased learning. This postsecondary institutional transformation is not exclusionary, thus military training must also evolve to increase knowledge acquisition. For soldiers in the unit supply specialist program, training utilized differentiated instruction methods and strategies with an end state of improved learning for soldiers at their first duty station and lasting through the course of their career.
