The Covid-19 crisis was a foreign crisis to societies worldwide. Since its introduction in December 2019, businesses had to adapt to major societal changes, as new restrictions were implemented on societal functions worldwide. The real estate industry, in particular, experienced significant changes in the market, as well as their overall practices of business. This study will use qualitative research, specifically a case study approach, to study how the Lori Seavey Realty Team of North Attleboro Massachusetts, mitigated the COVID-19 pandemic through the lens of the Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT).
