The biggest problem that exists in remote villages in Indonesia is the lack of access to human capital development. This paper discusses the role of Indonesia Mengajar as a Non-Governmental Organization in the implementation of human capital development in one of the remote villages in Indonesia, Labuangkallo. It is located in Tanjung Harapan District, Paser Regency, East Borneo Province. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods.
