The present study explored the use of humor in social media ads that featured both a product being advertised and a social media influencer (SMI). Using extant literature and the theory of planned behavior as guides, the goal of the study was to explore the role of perceived humorousness on consumer perceptions of the SMI, the ad, the brand, and consumer purchase intentions. Today, live classical concert attendance is low, a fact which threatens the careers of professional musicians. This paper examines recent statistics of classical concert attendance, theories as to why attendance rates are low, marketing methods for target audiences, and finally, recommendations to solve the dilemma of empty concert halls. To encourage concert attendance, classical music must be tastefully marketed to present-day audiences through the experience of technically excellent, musical, and interesting live performances. Ultimately, the relationship between art and its audience (the consumer) reveals that the key to the dilemma is the audience.

This study aims to examine environmentally responsible behavior through experience quality, perceived value, and tourist satisfaction while explaining responsible behavior of tourists towards the environment in the natural sites of Madhya Pradesh, India. The theoretical framework proposed is based on literature. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed using partial least squares (PLS) 3.0 software to test the model fit and hypotheses. The data was collected using random sampling from 131 tourists at these natural sites who participated in the survey through a questionnaire. The cosmetic industry is a multi-billion-dollar industry that has taken a financial hit in 2020 due to COVID-19. The drop in cosmetic usage leaves the industry in question for future consumer intention and behavior. Survey responses from 1,715 female students at a southeastern U.S. public university was obtained using Qualtrics. Results indicate significant differences in cosmetic usage; however, post-COVID predicted usage indicates that cosmetic usage will revert back to pre-COVID levels for eye, lip, and skin cosmetics. Small businesses and entrepreneurs face barriers to entering new markets, such as access to capital. Crowdfunding is one method for financing new ventures. The purpose of this article is to explore how crowdfunding can ease barriers of entry into new markets. Drawing from strategic management, planning, marketing, and technology acceptance literature, we present a conceptual model to explain the use of crowdfunding by small businesses and entrepreneurs. Factors that impact individuals’ propensity to utilize crowdfunding as a source of capital include ease of use, intention to use, attitudes toward use, and effectiveness.

Athlete agents use various means to recruit prospective clients. Controversial yet common methods include offering loans and marketing guarantees to prospective clients. In each transaction, the agent provides his client with money, in some cases amounting to millions of dollars. The agent typically expects repayment of the loan whereas the marketing guarantee is an advance on future marketing income that the agent will arrange for the athlete. This study investigated the factors that affect the YouTube advertising value and its effect on purchasing intention. The data were gathered through a 52-item questionnaire administered to YouTube users (n = 420). Multiple regression analysis determined the effect of the factors on YouTube advertising value, and simple regression analysis determined the effect of its value on purchasing intention and ANOVA test was run to determine the differences of demographic groups via YouTube ads value. In my own life, I have a set of brands that describe my personality, interests, and lifestyle. So, how do companies build this connection between the brand and the consumers’ self-perception? I researched the methods used to establish self-congruence with a brand, meaning how the brand’s personality fits with the consumer’s actual self, versus the consumer’s ideal self. I also examined the different ways advertising can increase brand congruity with the consumer, especially focusing on celebrity endorsements, purchase promotions, and the use of imagery in specific forms of advertising.
