This course is designed for those who wish to learn key metrics used in the Human Resources Management field and understand how they impact the business decision making process. The course will provide an overview of HR Metrics and introduce various HR metrics such as time-to-hire, vacancy rate, attrition rate, etc. by using spreadsheets to enrich the learning experience.
