Affirmative action has become an inevitable aspect of the employment hiring process. It has been put into place to assist in eradicating the institutionalized discrimination that inherently exists in such practices. On the surface, affirmative action may appear to be something that is beneficial to both the hiring institution and the individual; it seems to be a win-win situation because the business is creating a more diverse workplace and the individual is getting a job that they desired. While several U. S. firms have invested in Knowledge Management (KM) tools and software, it has become apparent that investments must be made in additional facets of KM, such as knowledge sharing (KS), thought by many researchers to be the most important component of KM. Of the two types of KS, explicit and tacit, the sharing of tacit knowledge has been shown to contribute the most to an organization’s performance. Family members feel entitled to family wealth because of various reasons. Some claim that they deserve part of the wealth since they are members of the family. Others assert that they earned rights to the wealth through hard work, while still others argue that they deserve part of the family wealth because they are special. When family members do not get what they think they deserve based on their perceptions of entitlement, they declare that it is unfair.
