In this paper, I provide an analytic framework based on postcolonial theories for addressing gender within management and organization literatures. Specifically, this paper offers a ‘non-Western’ theoretical intervention into ‘Western’ management texts that address gender and organizational issues as they relate to non-Western people and cultures.
