Gibraltar Community Builders owns a 52-acre site on the southeast corner of the intersection between Interstate Highway 5 (IH-5) and California State Highway 12 (Cal 12) about 12 miles north of Stockton in San Joaquin County, California. There is a truck stop (service station and restaurant) located immediately adjacent to IH-5 and there is considerable traffic by the site (estimated at 23.3 million people for 1987).
