Harrison Price Company (HPC) was retained in October 1985 to organize and carry out a charrette conference directed at defining an optimum concept and tentative economic potential for the Florida Discovery Project, an undertaking conceived with the purpose of stopping the extensive visitor pass through traffic in and around Jacksonville, Florida in an active commercial recreation attraction. The report includes the following sections: introduction, the project environment, a recommended concept of development for Florida Discovery, land and building areas and construction and development costs, and conclusions.

A mini-charrette was conducted by the Harrison Price Company (HPC) for the Disney Development Company to determine if a performing arts center at Disney World was a sound idea and how best to do it. Performing arts venues in Ashland, Oregon and Chautauqua, New York were selected as frames of reference for a proposed new performing arts facility at Disney World in Florida. HPC drew conclusions from the charrette discussion and the perspectives are expressed in the report.

The City of Seattle retained Walt Disney Imagineering, Inc. and Harrison Price Company, a Joint Venture, to prepare a master conceptual and economic development plan for Seattle Center. The Seattle Center Economic and Conceptual Development Study is divided into three phases, of which the present third phase includes an introduction, the study’s principal findings and conclusions are highlighted, including attendance projections and demand for key visitor services, operating revenue and expenses for all component facilities, and an analysis of the expected capital cost of the redevelopment program.

Harrison Price Company (HPC) reviewed their report dated September 1982 on the feasibility of relocating Marine World to Vallejo, California. The restated attendance parameters are based on reevaluated changes in the project and the market makeup which had occurred in the last two and a half years since the original study was prepared. HPC also estimated sustainable capital expenditures based on the revised projections.
