Differences arise in macro-activities, such as the production of energy, food, and healthcare, where the management of these differences happens in polylogues as many actors pursue scores of positions on a variety of issues in numerous venues. Polylogues are essential to the large-scale practices that organize macro-activities but present significant challenges for argumentation theory and research. Key to the challenge is conceptualizing the variety of argumentative roles that go beyond the classic normative definition of protagonist and antagonist. Purpose: The purpose of this design was to create a garment that is beautiful but also practical. The look is inspired by grunge but also by romanticism and the occult. I wanted to portray a completely simplistic garment in a way that makes it seem so much more profound and adaptable to any style the wearer chooses to portray. The purpose of my design was to create the perfect garment that a woman on-the-go could wear, from running errands to a spring walk in the park. The touches of gold in the sleeves and pant cuffs represent stars peeking out of the night sky, which is also mirrored in the depths of the blue bodice and black pants.
