The need to manage waste and foster environmental sustainability has opened a call to transform the current linear economic model into a circular one. Circular Economy (CE) is continuously growing as a backbone economic model in both developed and developing countries. Still, in Albania the scholarly considerations about the topic are missing or at best have been neglected.
