The study aimed at finding out the degree of applying Electronic-governance and its relationship to the degree of administrative empowerment practice in Jordanian public universities from the viewpoint of faculty members. The study sample consisted of (367) faculty members chosen by the convenience sampling method. The quantitative approach was used in the study in addition to a questionnaire distinctly developed for gathering data. Reliability and validity were checked.
