This is a report on the results of our investigation, pursuant to the authority conferred upon us by Section 8 (e) of the Securities Act of 1933, to determine whether or not a registration statement filed with the Commission under that Act by Drayer-Hanson, Incorporated, In respect of a proposed public offering of 80,529 shares of its Class A stock, contained untrue statements of material facts or omitted to state material facts necessary to make the facts disclosed in the registration statement not misleading.
