In the Philippines, street foods have been one of the “go-to” foods of thrifty Filipinos. Around September 2021, Pick ‘N Pops Co. was formed to provide an inexpensive yet quality food product, aiming to help farmers and poultry suppliers in Legazpi City. One of the main ingredients of the product is chicken gizzard, which is considered as the healthiest part of the chicken.
