This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the system of incentives in the Ministry of Health and its impact on improving performance. The study population consisted of all workers in the Ministry of Finance of the State of Kuwait, from ranks of head of the category and upwards The study sample was of 39 respondents. The study showed the presence of trace significant statistically between the independent variables )incentive system( and the dependent variable )performance improvement( in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health.
